I’ve been thinking about the Declaration of Independence and the legacy of the American Revolution lately. The United States of America, like any nation that has ever existed or will ever exist in this fallen world, is certainly not perfect; but for the better part of two centuries, our country maintained a steady upward trajectory, becoming an ever “more perfect union” over time. As the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. observed, “The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice” — or at least it did in the USA.

Until recently, just about every successive generation of Americans could reasonably assert that their country had improved over the course of their lifetimes. Often those improvements were hard-won, requiring blood, sweat, toil, and tears from a citizenry committed to the ideals and ultimate success of the American project. And even though America frequently failed to live up to her own ideals, there was not another nation anywhere on earth where more people experienced more freedom or opportunity. As the late comedian Richard Jeni once quipped, “20 million illegal aliens can’t be wrong.” Immigrants may not have had all the advantages of the native-born, but they found greater opportunities for themselves and their families here than they could have ever dreamed of in their homelands.

When Did America’s Decline Start?

All of that changed at some point. I’m not sure precisely when — I’m sure future historians will have fierce debates about how and why the American Empire began to decline — but I think a date that is as good as any is November 22, 1963, when the American intelligence services and their henchmen pulled off the biggest coup d'é·tat in our nation’s history: they killed a popular President in broad daylight, installed a sociopath who would gladly give the military-industrial complex everything it wanted, and covered it all up and kept it covered up to this day. (If you think the Warren Commission represented an earnest effort to ascertain the truth about the Kennedy assassination, I’ve got a nice bridge to sell you.)

Side note: Eisenhower warned in his farewell address about the dangers of the military-industrial complex, and Kennedy started seriously planning to dismantle said complex; but after Kennedy’s assassination, every single President, regardless of party or professed principles, has pretty much given the military-industrial complex everything it wanted on a silver platter — that is, every President until Donald Trump, whom, surprise surprise, the intelligence services absolutely hated and worked like devils to undermine. If Trump had been like the Nobel-Peace-Prize-winning Obama, and just authorized indiscriminate drone strikes on civilians across the Third World while funding CIA-backed color revolutions in the former Second World, I’m sure the intelligence services would have happily supported him, just as they did Obama and Obama’s puppet, “Geriatric” Joe Biden. Gotta keep the war profiteers and CIA spooks happy!

Since the Kennedy Administration, we’ve had some good developments: the success of the civil rights movement and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that made discrimination against black Americans illegal; the Reagan Administration’s heroic efforts reversing post-Vietnam and post-Watergate ennui and restoring competence in the military; the incredibly successful bipartisan fight against violent crime from the 1990s until — well, until a new generation decided in the 2010s to ignore the lessons of the past and go soft on crime and treat it as an illness requiring social workers rather than law enforcement, something a previous generation had tried in the 1960s and — well, I guess it’s true that those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it.

Ever Since the 1960s, the USA has Been at War with Regular Americans

So the USA has had some good developments since JFK was deposed by the CIA and LBJ, but for every step forward, it seems our society took several steps back. The regular people lost ground, while the banking class and war profiteers made out like bandits. Over and over and over.

Sure, we’ll open up opportunities for black people to join the middle class; meanwhile, we’ll just relentlessly undermine and hollow out the middle class until there’s not much left there for anyone, black or white.

We’ll propagandize everyone into believing that women are best fulfilled by doggedly pursuing careers instead of caring for their children, and once we double the workforce, we’ll just cut everyone’s wages in half — supply and demand! — and now women have to work because almost nobody will be able to raise a family on just dad’s salary! Say hello to enormous childcare costs and just trust that the professionals will take care of educating your child with all the correct values!

And to make up for the collapsing birth rates, now that middle-class families cannot afford to have children like they used to, we’ll just open the borders and import millions of cheap laborers, while simultaneously outsourcing and offshoring all the jobs that involve making anything useful!

And then, because tens of millions of illegal immigrants will drive down wages, making it ever more difficult for regular people to earn a middle class income from regular work, we’ll spend a lot of government money pushing the idea that everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, no matter how stupid or unmotivated, must go to college, and we’ll let colleges charge whatever they want — the kids will just borrow the money courtesy of Uncle Sam’s endless subsidies for the bankers — and the colleges can then use the money to expand their administrative staff, rather than improving the quality of their curricula in any meaningful way — and then employers can just arbitrarily require college degrees because pretty much everyone will have them, because college degrees will be as functionally useless as an ordinary high school diploma would have been had the government never gotten involved with the higher education racket in the first place!

And if people cannot afford to buy a home due to stagnating wages and dwindling economic opportunities, the government will coerce banks to lend them the money for a home, and the government will gladly pump lots of easy money into the banks to allow them to do this. And if all this free government-backed money is not enough for the bankers to afford the yachts they know they deserve, they can turbocharge their profits by by inventing new securities and new ways to gamble with those securities, all of which would be backed by the same junk debt and subprime mortgages; and it worked great, until they started losing their bets, and all of a sudden the bankers realized their gambling losses far exceeded anything they ever actually owned — but no worries! The FED and the U.S. Treasury will buy all the bankers debts for dollars on the penny, and they’ll easily pay for it all by just printing more money.

And when the economy crashed because of the bankers’ bad bets, the government bailed out the banks (Bush AND Barack “Hope and Change” Obama did that). But what about the ordinary people who lost jobs because of the recession the bankers caused? What about their homes, now that they’re behind on their mortgages after getting laid off? Well, tough luck, sonny. Better learn to pull yourself up by your own bootstraps, like the bankers did. Oh, can’t afford lobbyists to get you the sweet government bailouts like the bankers got? Well, guess you’re gonna lose that house!

Is There a Balm in Gilead for Regular People?

Every time the regular people lost ground, they found themselves with the same two tired options from the same two tired political parties: either give the bankers and war profiteers more of what they want, or give the bankers and war profiteers more of what they want. The entrée was always the same, all that ever differed was the appetizers that came with it: “Hey sucker — I mean, citizen — do you want your kleptocracy with a side of critical feminist theory, or would you rather have it with a side of traditional Christian values?” No matter how you voted, you got more kleptocracy.

As many anonymous wits have observed in online forums, they keep us fighting a culture war, so that we never fight a class war.

And Then There Was Trump…

Eventually, the regular people said to hell with it, let’s send this reality-TV star with the acerbic personality and crass bravado of a WWE heel (imagine how awesome it would have been if Trump had picked Ric Flair as his running mate, instead of Mike Pence!) to the White House. We’ve got a kleptocracy anyway — only the bankers and war profiteers ever get everything they want — so let’s at least have some fun with this clown-show!

Trump did his thing: he defied the conventional wisdom that endless globalism and free trade was the inevitable way of the future, he promised no new wars and delivered on that promise, and he routinely blasphemed against the gods of wokeism (a.k.a, Marxism 2.0). Predictably, the ruling class lost their minds.

Before Trump, the ruling class had been content to stay in the shadows, ruling by proxy and propaganda and subtle manipulation. Maybe during backroom deals, the elites took off their masks and showed their true colors; I imagine the ruling elite would have private meetings where they made Faustian bargains with politicians and let them know, in no uncertain terms, that they could either play the game, or they could become the next J.F.K. Obama certainly acted like he had made a deal with these devils and delivered on it: after campaigning so hard on “hope and change” for regular people, Obama really accomplished only two things during his time in office: he and his friends became rich, and everyone who was already rich got vastly richer.

But Trump despised Obama, Bush, Clinton, and the good-old-boys club to which they all belonged. Trump flouted their unwritten rules and defied their New World Order. So once Trump was elected, the ruling class went criminally insane. They used their Deep State minions to thwart and sabotage his policies. Whereas their goons in the mainstream media had previously only spun the news — i.e., selectively reporting facts, giving the facts an ideological framing, and editorializing with slanted emotional appeals — they now told bald-faced lies and invented as many “facts” as they needed to justify the narrative they wanted.

And then the ruling class weaponized federal law enforcement and American intelligence services against the President, which is probably the first time that happened since JFK was murdered. Hillary Clinton and the DNC actually teamed up with the FBI to create the Russiagate hoax — check out Tara Servatius’s Battleground America podcast episode on this:

Yet despite all that, Trump was looking like he was going to cruise to an easy victory in 2020. The economy was booming. Trump had delivered on his promise of no new wars. And none of the imminent cataclysms promised by the corporate media’s talking heads had materialized.

So what did our ruling class do? They unleashed a plannedemic: a bioengineered virus that Darth Fauci had helped fund (and then lied about funding under oath before Congress), coupled with a propaganda shitstorm that scared the bejeezus out of everyone. This gave them the perfect cover to engage in the biggest power grab and wealth transfer in American history. With COVID hysteria at a fever pitch, the elites could not even be bothered to pay lip service to pesky things like logic, evidence, or the rule of law, nor could they waste any time making their lies consistent from one day to the next. Don’t wear a mask! Wear a mask, or else! Stay indoors and avoid crowded areas! Get out of your house and get into the streets and join these non-socially-distanced protests for racial justice! Don’t take a Trump vaccine! The Trump vaccine is not safe! Now that Team Blue is in the White House, you better take that vaccine, or YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JOB!

And in the midst of all that COVID craziness, someone had the brilliant idea that we must allow people to vote by mail. After all, someone might die from COVID if they had to go in person to vote! The Science said voting in person is too dangerous! Sure, The Science also told us that gathering in large numbers in close proximity by the thousands to protest for BLM was absolutely not a problem, but The Science had changed! In its infallible wisdom, The Science now decreed that if we did not allow mail-in voting, trillions of people would die!

So the globalists got mail-in voting, and — miracle of miracles! — Team Blue managed to come up with 81 million votes for a corpse — Hey, if dead people can vote, they sure as shit should be able to run for President!

Biden got a record-breaking 81 million votes — by the way, how many Biden bumper stickers and yard signs do you remember seeing in 2020, compared to the number of, say, Trump or Clinton bumper stickers in 2016? — anyway, Biden got 81 million votes, more than any other candidate in American history. Coincidentally, Trump managed to get 74 million votes, which is the second most votes in U.S. history, in the same election. Wow! That’s a lot of votes! What are the odds?

And in the aftermath of this shady election, the political establishment did their best to reassure us that everything was on the up-and-up. To be sure, these were the exact same people who had just spent the past four years telling us that Russia’s intelligence services had basically stolen the 2016 election and installed Trump as their puppet; but never mind all that, these fine folks could now give us their word that that there was absolutely NO WAY that the political establishment and the American intelligence services could ever conceivably steal an election or install their own puppet as President. Not in a gazillion years! I guess the Russians are just that much more advanced than the Americans, at least according to our political class.

So once the ruling class got its puppet, “Geriatric” Joe Biden, into the White House, they kicked their Great Reset into overdrive. People started noticing public statements and predictions that the World Economic Forum (WEF) had made about how the world would look by 2030. “You will own nothing and be happy [or else!].” Or “Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have almost no privacy, and life has never been better.” These pronouncements started sounding less like wild-eyed fantasies and more like frightening prophecies by demon-controlled globalist sociopaths.

Predictably enough, mainstream media “fact checkers” said this was all conspiracy theory . . . yet . . . the WEF made these statements publicly on their own website and from their own official Twitter account. But if you took them at their word, you were instantly labeled a “conspiracy theorist,” and that just means you’re wrong? How does that work? Aren’t some conspiracies real? Oh well, I’m sure all those heads of state and titans of industry and banking and tech, all gathering together in private to discuss their plans for the collective future of Mankind, I’m sure that could never be a conspiracy, could it? And certainly not a nefarious one?

Meanwhile, the Biden regime began purging the armed forces and the federal government of anyone sympathetic to their political opponents. Sure, they’re doing this under the pretext of a vaccine mandate for public health based on The Science, but after all the lies they’ve told, and after all the evidence that has come out showing how ineffective or even counterproductive these vaccines actually are, it is simply not believable that they are doing this for public health.

How quickly things have changed! Under Trump, we had energy independence, a booming economy (pre-Plannedemic), and NO NEW WARS. Now, we’re not even two years into the Biden regime, and we have looming food shortages, fuel shortages, runaway inflation, a collapsing economy, an embarrassingly inept pullout from Afghanistan over which NOBODY ever faced any consequences — except for the one Marine who recorded a video in which he dared to point out that no one was being held accountable for all the egregious fuckups — and on top of all that, we have an ever-increasing threat of World War III because the neo-con-artists in Biden’s Administration keep pushing for more American involvement in a war between Ukraine and Russia where we have ZERO compelling national interest at stake that could possibly justify risking a kinetic war with a nuclear power. The folks running the illegitimate Biden regime are not our best and brightest. And they are some kind of retardedly delusional to boot. And they’re in charge of America’s foreign policy. So buckle up. Shit’s about to get real.

Oh! But never fear! How could I forget: while the Russians and Chinese are foolishly focused on developing better weapons systems, our super woke military is now focused on learning about “white rage” and preferred pronouns and creating safe spaces.

So yeah, this is not gonna end well for us . . . Except that it might!

Chaos Is Our Friend Now

The sheer incompetence and delusional self-confidence of our ruling class spells danger for the American Empire: their insane pride surely goeth before destruction, and their haughty spirit before a fall. At the rate things are going, the Biden regime will probably get us into a kinetic war with not one, but two nuclear powers and near-peer adversaries at the same time. And our superwoke, Alphabet-Pride-celebrating military will probably get embarrassed — after all, the military is still being led by the exact same chain of command that so badly botched the Afghanistan withdrawal, with no signs that any of them learned anything from their colossal failures. America’s imminent comeuppance will probably be a very tough pill to swallow for anyone who is even halfway patriotic, especially veterans. But God can absolutely take what the devil intends for harm and use it to bless his people. And this looming clusterfuck may very well be a blessing in disguise for regular American citizens.

The chaos of World War III might just be the thing that we need to loosen the grip of these deranged WEF sociopaths from our collective necks. As Philosopher of Violence Rory Miller observed in his excellent book Facing Violence, when you’re losing a fight, you want to increase chaos; when you’re winning, you want to minimize it.

If you’re in a life-or-death fight with someone who has got you in a chokehold and there’s a 100% certainty that if you do nothing you will get choked out, then it probably behooves you to do anything you can to introduce chaos into the situation, maybe by pushing yourself and your assailant towards a stairwell and throwing yourself down the stairs. The worst thing that can happen is that you’ll be badly injured or killed, which was bound to happen anyway if you instead chose to do nothing. On the other hand, there is a possibility, however slight, that the fall would stun your opponent enough for you to break the chokehold. If you’re going to lose unless your situation changes suddenly and dramatically, then chaos is your friend.

My fellow Americans, we are now in a similar situation. The globalists have us regular Americans on the gallows, and they are tightening the noose of tyranny around our necks. Chaos is our friend. In the chaos of World War III, these gallows might just be destroyed, setting us free to begin anew.

As we reflect on the legacy of the American Revolution and the inspiring words of the Declaration of Independence, it is well worth asking, how would the Founding generation respond to the crisis facing us today? How would they have reacted to the unprecedented mass-lockdowns? The censorious partnership between Big Government and Big Tech? The politically-motivated ideological purges of military and law enforcement? The state-sponsored religion of Wokeism, with government endorsed propaganda and funding for “Pride month” and anti[white]racism? The “child-friendly” drag-queen shows (an oxymoron if ever there was one)? The looting of the U.S. Treasury by bankers and war profiteers? The catastrophic failures of large public institutions, with no accountability EVER for the prominent officials who have flagrantly abused their public office? The violation of Due Process with red-flag gun laws? The stubborn refusal of federal prosecutors to give January 6th defendants a speedy trial, while the leaders of BLM/Antifa riots run scot free? A government of sociopathic kleptocrats, by sociopathic kleptocrats, for the exclusive benefit of sociopathic kleptocrats? A government where un-American foreign nationals like Klaus Schwab and his WEF henchmen hold greater influence over our elected officials than we the American people do?

As Alex Jones, the American version of the prophet Jeremiah, so brilliantly said, “The answer to 1984 is 1776.”

Below is the text of the Declaration of Independence. Read it. Feel it. Embrace it. Our generation may soon see a new one drafted and proclaimed by the heirs of this living legacy. The American Globalist Empire is certainly dead, and the bankers, war profiteers, and other such parasites are feasting on the corpse. Wall Street and K Street can burn in hell for all any of us should care. But there’s still something truly great about regular American people living regular American lives in regular American communities. We may be down, but don’t count us out.

The Declaration of Independence

In Congress, July 4, 1776

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences

For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
